About Silk Screen Printing: Since each color has to be printed individually, the process is extremely labor-intensive. Still I continue to enjoy it very much because of the unique results that can be achieved. All my works are unique pieces.

The 2024 Winter months were inspiring and stimulating for my work. In Laos I created several new oil pastels and almost 2,000 photo studies, some of which were suitable for realization in the original screen printing technique. THE KAMUELA PROJECT was developed from tiny detailed observations of rare tropical flowers. The shapes were surprising and unusual for my eyes

I use long lasting printing inks from MARABU. Screen printing is a traditional printing method where vibrancy and color lasts for decades - unlike today´s digital printing technique.
